The Mary Wallace Theatre, home of the RSS, is a 96 seat theatre idyllically located on the
Embankment in Twickenham in the heart of the historic old town. It has oodles of character, a welcoming foyer and a members bar.

The RSS is a highly regarded and thriving local drama company which stages an
adventurous and wide-ranging programme of nine productions a year.

These productions include our annual outdoor production in the Fountain Gardens of York House and one by the RSS Young Actors Company.

Such productions range from classical drama to modern plays and comedies all produced to a critically acclaimed standard.

Whilst membership of the RSS is not a prerequisite for purchasing tickets to see a show at
The Mary Wallace Theatre, the RSS warmly welcomes new members who are interested in
becoming involved in some or all of our activities. All members may purchase tickets for
themselves and their guests at a discounted ticket price. We have two categories of membership as follows:

FULL MEMBERSHIP

entitles members to:
- Be involved in any aspect of our productions whether it be acting, directing, set design and construction, stage management, lighting, sound, costume, marketing/publicity, box office, bar duty and front of house.
- Receive details of forthcoming productions and our monthly magazine Rumour.
- Attend our regular fringe events (play readings, musical evenings etc .)
- Buy all tickets for both themselves and their guests at the discounted member price.
- Vote at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.
 

AUDIENCE MEMBERSHIP

entitles members to:
- Buy tickets for both themselves and their guests at the discounted member price.
- Receive details of forthcoming productions and our monthly audience newsletter Curtain Up.
- Attend our regular fringe events (play readings, musical evenings etc.)
- Support productions helping with Front of House, bar duty or marketing activities.
